Madeleine Lu

Madeleine Lu is a Project Manager at Iterion Therapeutics, a venture-backed, clinical-stage biotechnology company, where she manages translational and preclinical projects to drive forward Iterion’s clinical discovery program. She is also the Investor Relations Manager at Business Angel Minority Association (baMa), a national initiative of angel investors committed to investing in early-stage, minority-founded startups, where she is responsible for streamlining the communications between investor members and the company. Madeleine has experience in business development, market analysis, competitive strategy, FDA clearance, and patent-related work, which she gained from her time at Fannin Innovation Studios, Enventure, and Halcyon Biomedical (a medical device startup founded her in graduate school lab). She earned her Doctor of Philosophy in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Houston and her Bachelor of Science in Physics from St. Mary’s University. She is based in Houston, Texas.
