Scott Wulfe

Scott Wulfe served as Managing Partner of Vinson & Elkins LLP, a global law firm, from
2012 to 2021. He also had an active practice at Vinson & Elkins for almost 40 years
focused on mergers, acquisitions, divestures, private equity investments, corporate
finance and contests for corporate control. During his career he received numerous
professional recognitions including Chambers Global, “Eminent Practitioner in
Corporate/M&A; International and Cross-Border (USA), Legal 500 U.S., Private Equity
Buyouts, The Best Lawyers in America “Lawyer of the Year (Houston): Mergers &
Acquisitions and was selected to the 500 Leading Dealmakers in America, Lawdragon.

Mr. Wulfe graduated Phi Beta Kappa from The University of Texas at Austin with a
Bachelor of Arts, Plan II with highest honors. He received his Juris Doctor Degree from
the University of Texas School of Law with high honors in 1983 and was Vice-
Chancellor.

Mr. Wulfe serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of Texas Children’s Hospital
and serves as Chair of its System Quality and Innovation Committee and has served as
a member of the Board of Trustees of the University of Texas Law School Foundation,
as a Governing Director of The Houston Symphony and as a member of the Board of
Directors of the Alley Theatre and is a member of The American Law Institute.
